This local salt comes from the salt marshes of Guérande.

It is harvested by hand by salt workers according to a traditional working method. It can be used for seasoning as well as cooking food and will subtly enhance the taste of all your preparations. 

This wet salt is perfectly adapted to mills equipped with the Peugeot wet salt mechanism, indeed its consistency and moisture content are such that it should not be ground with a conventional salt mill.
